Return or Exchange of Goods
Return or exchange of computer software will gladly be accepted if the product is faulty or defective. Where the plastic seal is broken and the software is neither faulty nor defective the return or exchange will not be accepted due to copyright and licensing restrictions.
Return or exchange of computer hardware will attract stricter guidelines based upon third party constraints on Universal PC Solutions. Confirm with Universal PC Solutions prior to purchasing as to whether a computer hardware item is returnable, exchangeable or firm sale. We do not accept non-faulty returns on PCs and servers, notebooks, palmtop computers, hard drives, CPUs and memory.
Where a manufacturer offers a money back guarantee, this will normally involve you sending the product back directly to the manufacturer, who will process the refund themselves.
Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of Universal PC Solutions, except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned goods.
Warranty and Service
All products sold by Universal PC Solutions are covered by manufacturers warranties. Universal PC Solutions does not guarantee the functionality or compatibility of product.
